Papa Johns Pizza in Florida

"Their delivery drivers are great!! I even had this one girl bring me napkins the other day (i think she's new?) which was awesome!! And they accept expired coupons (you have to call in the store to get those deals. can't do them online). Which is awesome! Who else does that for you? And they have the same perfect pizza every time. I love Papa John's!! :D"

"Only after my order was placed/paid did the site notify me delivery would take an *hour and a half*. I called the store less than 2 minutes later to switch to pickup, was immediately put on hold. After four minutes when no one picked up, I hung up and called again. The employee (who answered right away since they forgot/ignored me on hold) first insisted the pizza was in the oven, and that it’s location as such somehow made it impossible to change. Told them I would be there in less than ten minutes, to which they tried to insist couldn’t be done. They finally go to get a manager, and, to my huuuuuge (not) surprise, it magically *could* be done. They then had the nerve to condescend to me and request I call “sooner” next time. I guess two minutes after somehow isn’t “soon”, but then again leaving me on hold for 4 minutes wasn’t answering soon either, so who knows what concept of time reigns in this place. Apparently all the employees here are capable of is being facetious and performing the bare minimum by not improperly making orders. Take my advice. Go to the Papa Johns on 231 SW PSL Blvd, this location isn’t worth the cardboard their orders are boxed in. EDIT: 1.24.23 Management or staffing seems to have changed and customer service is completely different now. This has become my regular pizza location."

"I thought a mistake was made when I ordered my pizza, I couldn't be more wrong. When I called to get answers, Robbie Johnson that answered the phone was the most magnanimous and patient person ever and made me feel like I was the most important customer that ever called. And the drive was also amazing and polite. Thank you Papa John's for hiring the both. 1419......"

"What started out as a horrible delivery experience has turned into a completely redeemable experience. After having the wrong order delivered to my home and then waiting a considerable amount longer for the correct order the manager, James Wyatt was able to rectify the entire situation with free food and sincere apologies. He completely comped my entire order and also gave me a coupon for a free pizza. His generosity did not stop there, when I called to redeem my free pizza he actually threw in free breadsticks as well. What struck me most was he was honest about the mistake made with my delivery, he owned up to it and just did his best to remedy the situation"

"They have the best pizza compared to the other chains thus the higher price. I love their garlic butter and spicy peppers. It's a carry out and delivery place, so expect to eat at home, a park, or wherever you may be heading. I recommend ordering online because of the coupons. You'll get more bang for your buck."
